Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 750 ml milk (full cream)


  • 1/4 cups sewai


  • 1-2 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2 tbsp mix nuts chopoed


  • 8-10 nos saffron


  • 1-2 pinch saffron colour

Directions

  • Take a pan on flame add ghee n fry the sewai and nuts.
  • Now add milk in pan with saffron strand and cook with continues stir.
  • Now Add sugar and colour cook payasm untill get thick.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Now serve the paysam in serving bowl garnish with saffron.
