Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl. And make like pakoda batter.
Heat oil in a kadai. Pour batter in strainer spread with hand and fry in medium hot oil
When boondis are done take out in a plate. Let it cool.
Make sugar syrup of two thread consistently.
Add sugar syrup in boondi, and start making round shaped laddoo when it is warm.
Garnish with silver leaf.
