Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 5 nos red chilli


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Grate carrot. Cut tomato and onion in big piece
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato carrot onion and red chilli and saute well.
  • Allow it to cool. Grind it in mixi add salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and curry leaves. Allow it to splutter.
  • Add the chutney and boil well. Serve hot.
