3 mugs @250gms, Maida (All Purpose flour) or aAata (Wholemeal flour) 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tbsp Oil Paste: 1/2 cup Ghee and Oil (mix it) 3 tbsp cornflour
Paste: Mix both ingredients well and keep aside Bind soft dough with warm water. Make 7 balls then roll each and apply paste on it then fold as japanese paper fan (thats flip flap) then swirl it round to make a ball, flatten the ball slightly. Roll into paratha and roast on tava when on both sides brown spots seen apply ghee and brown it up, use two spatulas to open up the flakes by using both hands holding spatulas, from paratha ends towards the centre.
