Separate egg yolks and whites in different bowls. In egg whites bowl put pinch of salt, pepper and half of the milk, beat till fluffy. In yolks bowl put pinch of salt and cheese beat well. In a medium sized pan put a tablespoon of ghee or butter, pour egg white mixture and jus before browning toss it the other side. Pour yolk mixture and fry it a bit then roll it as you want to make swissroll. Or else, pour white mixture and toss it the other side, roll like swissroll put some more ghee then pour yolk in the remaining side. From the swissroll side roll the rest. Remove on platter and cut pieces.
