Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 750 gms maida/all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp yeast


  • 1 tbsp corriander (chopped)


  • 1 nos green chilli (chopped)


  • 1/2 nos onion (chopped)


  • 2 tbsp oil/ghee


  • 3 tbsp yogurt

Directions

  • Mix All Ingredients Well Then Bind With Warm Water, Rest The Dough For 2 Hours Then Make Small Balls, Roll Each Ball Into Small Rotis.
  • Keep On Greased Trays And Let It Rest For 10mins.
  • Bake In Oven On 230 C, As It Browns Up Remove From Oven And Keep On Grill, Remove From The Grill Then Brush With Butter Or Ghee.
