Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Maida/All Purpose Flour 750 gms

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Yeast 2 tsp

  • Corriander (chopped) 1 tbsp

  • Green chilli (chopped) 1 nos

  • Onion (chopped) 1/2 nos

  • Oil/Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Yogurt 3 tbsp

Directions

    Mix All Ingredients Well Then Bind With Warm Water, Rest The Dough For 2 Hours Then Make Small Balls, Roll Each Ball Into Small Rotis.

    Keep On Greased Trays And Let It Rest For 10mins.

    Bake In Oven On 230 C, As It Browns Up Remove From Oven And Keep On Grill, Remove From The Grill Then Brush With Butter Or Ghee.
