  • 250 gms maida (all purpose flour)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp cardamon powder

  • 1/2 cups margarine or butter

  • 1 1/2 cups chasni/sugar coating: cup sugar 1

  • 1 cups water


  • Bind To Soft Dough Using Coconut Milk.
  • Can Do Any Shape You Desire Or Wau Shapes, Then Fry To Golden Brown Color Keep Aside.
  • Chasni: Boil Both To Two String Consistency, Put Few Waus In The Syrup And Remove With Skimmer Till You Finish All.
  • It Should Be Coated Well All Over So Better Few At A Tyme.
  • I Use Colured Dough During Festivals To Make Them Look Pretty
