Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Spinach leaf 15-20 nos

  • For Batter- gram flour 1/2 cups

  • Rawa 1/4 cups

  • Salt (to taste) 1/2 cups

  • Tumeric 1/4 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • sabji masala 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard sauce 1/2 tsp

  • Oil for frying 2 cups

Directions

    Wash the spinach leaf and keep aside .

  • 02

    Add all the ingredients of batter in a mixing bowl add water and make thick paste.

  • 03

    Heat the oil in kadhai on flame take a spinach leaf spread the batter on leaf roll the leaf lengthwise and little bit batter apply out sides . Make all roll like that.

    Now fry all the crispy roll in hot oil.

  • 05

    Serve with chutney/ketchup.
