  • 2 litre milk full cream

  • 100 gms sugar

  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder

  • 8-10 nos saffron strands soak in 2 tbsp milk.

  • 4 tbsp almond and pista chop


  • Put the milk in heavy botton kadhai.
  • And reduce the milk with continues stir on medium flame.
  • Keep aside the malai on kadhai sides.
  • When milk approx half reduce . Then divide the milk in two kadhai.
  • In first we make plain nuts cardamom flavour rabdi so add half amout of sugar( or according to taste I'm prefer to light sweetness in this)in this .
  • Now cook some tym more whem rabdi get thick desire ur cosistency add cardamom pawder and chop almond n pista. Now switch off the flame.
  • Take out in bowl keep in fridge.
  • Now we prepate 2nd saffron rabdi add remaining sugar in it and soaker saffron cook untill get thick or desire consistency.
  • Switch off the flame . Take in bowl garnish with pista and kesar keep in fridge some time.
  • Serve cool 2 flavour rabdi on any festival.
