Put the milk in heavy botton kadhai.
And reduce the milk with continues stir on medium flame.
Keep aside the malai on kadhai sides.
When milk approx half reduce . Then divide the milk in two kadhai.
In first we make plain nuts cardamom flavour rabdi so add half amout of sugar( or according to taste I'm prefer to light sweetness in this)in this .
Now cook some tym more whem rabdi get thick desire ur cosistency add cardamom pawder and chop almond n pista. Now switch off the flame.
Take out in bowl keep in fridge.
Now we prepate 2nd saffron rabdi add remaining sugar in it and soaker saffron cook untill get thick or desire consistency.
Switch off the flame . Take in bowl garnish with pista and kesar keep in fridge some time.
Serve cool 2 flavour rabdi on any festival.
