Serves 6

  • Maida (All Purpose Flour) 500 gms

  • Yeast 2 tsp

  • Sugar 5 tbsp

  • Fennel seeds (crush them with rolling pin) 1/2 tsp

  • Yellow (food color) 1 dash

  • Cream 3 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Ghee/Butter Milk (for binding) 3 tbsp

    Mix Well All Dry Ingredients Then Bind The Flour With Warm Milk.

    Make Softer Dough, Beat Till Its More Softer And Lost Its Elasticity, Then Let It Rise For An Hour Or Two.

    Put Oil On Your Palm And Punch Back The Dough Knead Well, Put More Oil On Your Palms If It Sticks.

    Roll Into Big Roti And Fold Like Swissroll Then Make 2 Or 3 Portions. Shape As You Like And Lay On Greased Baking Tray Preferable Medium Sized Round Tray, Glaze With Beaten Egg, Sprinkle Sesame If U Like And Leave To Fully Rise.

    Bake It In The Oven On 200°C, Till Top Has Browned Up.
