  • 500 gms maida (all purpose flour)

  • 2 tsp yeast

  • 5 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (crush them with rolling pin)

  • 1 dash yellow (food color)

  • 3 tbsp cream

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 3 tbsp ghee/butter milk (for binding)


  • Mix Well All Dry Ingredients Then Bind The Flour With Warm Milk.
  • Make Softer Dough, Beat Till Its More Softer And Lost Its Elasticity, Then Let It Rise For An Hour Or Two.
  • Put Oil On Your Palm And Punch Back The Dough Knead Well, Put More Oil On Your Palms If It Sticks.
  • Roll Into Big Roti And Fold Like Swissroll Then Make 2 Or 3 Portions. Shape As You Like And Lay On Greased Baking Tray Preferable Medium Sized Round Tray, Glaze With Beaten Egg, Sprinkle Sesame If U Like And Leave To Fully Rise.
  • Bake It In The Oven On 200°C, Till Top Has Browned Up.
