Boil the potatoes peel n mash it.
Now add salt , garam masala , green chilli and 3/4 cup arrarot in potato and make a dough form.
Mix all chop nuts.
Now take small amount of potato mixture n stuff some chop nuts and make balls and flat it. Make all like that.
Now dust all the pattie with remaining arrarot .
Now take a pan on flame add ghee and fry all the pattie on medium slow flame untill they get crispy crunchy.
On other side we prepare the matar so take soak matar in pressure cooker add 2-3 cup water salt and turmeric and cook about 2-3 whistle (I'm done this process when I'm boiling potato other side I'm making matar)
Mix fresh curd and sugar .
Now take serving plate put fried cruspy pattie put matar chola add sweet curd add sweet chutney now add spicey chutney sprinkle some chaat masala and namkeen serve immediately.
