Cut the bread slice in 2 or 4 pieces.
Take a kadhai on flame add oil .
Deep fry bread pieces untill get crisp and golden .
Now break the fried bread pieces with rolling pin .
Now we make sugar syrup add sugar n water in pan on flame make sugar syrup( not need to thread consistency)
Now add bread crush in sugar syrup add milk and cook and mash with spoon add cardamom powder.
Other side take a tadka pan add ghee add chop nut and fry it.
Now add fry nut in bread halwa cook more halwa started to separate the ghee and halwa get thick switch off the flame.
Serve hot halwa in serving bowl garnish with nuts n rose patel.
