Soak sagorice in water for 2 hours then drain it.
In a pressure cooker ad 2 tbsp water with grated bottle gourd,cook till 3 whistles on high flame. open the lid and drain it.
In kadai heat ghee and roast khoya for 4 to 6 minites on low flame till aromatic.
Now cook milk in pot till boil comes. Then ad soaked sagorice and cook till 5 to7 minutes with continued stirring.
Ad boiled and grated bottle gourd and again cook for 5 to7 more minutes.
Ad roasted khoya and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes with stirring.
Now ad sugar and cook till sugar dissolves completely.
Ad chopped pistachios and almonds and cook more 2 minutes.
Ad green food color and cook on low flame till 25 to 30 minutes or until milk thickens.
Switch off the flame,let it be on room temperature,then keep in fridge for 3 to 4 hours till chill.
Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
