Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups maida (all purpose flour)


  • 1 tsp yeast


  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 2 tbsp yogurt


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/2 cups filling:almonds


  • 1/4 cups cashewnuts


  • 1/2 cups cherries


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  • blend in processor de above filling ingredients n kip aside
  • bind dough using above dough ingredients wid milk to nice pliable dough n let it rest for hlf n hr
  • mek balls n roll each ball into puris
  • fill each puri wid 1 tbsp of filling den roll into naan n roast on tava apply ghee while roasting.
