Ingredients

  • Maida (All purpose flour) 3 cups

  • Yeast 1 tsp

  • Baking Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Milk 2 tbsp

  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Filling:Almonds 1/2 cups

  • Cashewnuts 1/4 cups

  • Cherries 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 1/4 cups

  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp

    blend in processor de above filling ingredients n kip aside

  • 02

    bind dough using above dough ingredients wid milk to nice pliable dough n let it rest for hlf n hr

  • 03

    mek balls n roll each ball into puris

  • 04

    fill each puri wid 1 tbsp of filling den roll into naan n roast on tava apply ghee while roasting.
