Soak saffron in milk
Take milkmaid and cream in a bowl and mix them
Add saffron milk and mix finely
Grate paneer add it in mixi and make fine paste of it
Add pista,almind,saffron milk also and mix all of them
Preheat ovan
Take moulds and grease them
Fill mixture in moulds
Take a baking tray and add water in it
Cover all moulds with foil
Then arrange them in tray and bake for 20 min. At 180 degree
Take them out and let them cool
Keep in freeze for 3 hours
Then demould them
Garnish with almonds and pista
