Ingredients

  • 3 paan


  • 2 tsp gulkand


  • 1 tsp cardmon powder


  • 1 tsp mishri


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 10 rose petals


  • 1 Silver foil and coloured cherries

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in mixi and make paste
  • Take dough and roll down
  • Cut in small rounds with cookie cutter
  • We need 12 rounds for 6 paranthas
  • Take 6 pieces and cut with small lid from center
  • Now take other 6 paranthas and add gulkand mix upon it
  • And cover with other 6 pieces
  • Prik sides with fork and stick them
  • Now cook on tawa by adding ghee or oil like other paranthas
  • Apply silver foil
  • Take some almonds pieces and add them in center part which we make open with small lid
  • Garnish with rose petals and cherries and serve
