  • 2 cups dried vaal (lima beans)


  • 2 cups thick coconut milk


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp fennel powder


  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)

Directions

  • soak vaal in water ovanite, nxt mrning peel off de skin
  • in a pot put vaal wid lil water n de rest excpt coconut milk n kip on boil til tender n dried up add coconut milk n boil once.
  • kip off flame garnish wid chopped corriander leaves.
