Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs prawns (deshelled)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp chilli powder


  • 2 nos onions (sliced)


  • 3 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 1/2 tsp fish masala


  • 1 tsp tomato puree


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 sprig corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 2 nos green chillies (flaked)


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1-2 piece raw mango

Directions

  • In a pan add 4 tbsp of oil kip on flame n fry onions til browned up add curry leaves n garlic paste, saute den add tomatoes n ol spices n salt n cook on med flame to a paste form add prawns n mango den cook til done, (if its watery due to prawns kip on high flame)
  • garnish wid corriander n chilli flakes.
