Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Prawns (deshelled) 1 kgs

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 2 tsp

  • Onions (sliced) 2 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • fish masala 1/2 tsp

  • Tomato Puree 1 tsp

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 1 sprig

  • Green Chillies (flaked) 2 nos

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Raw Mango 1-2 piece

Directions

    In a pan add 4 tbsp of oil kip on flame n fry onions til browned up add curry leaves n garlic paste, saute den add tomatoes n ol spices n salt n cook on med flame to a paste form add prawns n mango den cook til done, (if its watery due to prawns kip on high flame)

    garnish wid corriander n chilli flakes.
