Ingredients
Serves 4
Frozen corns 2 cups
Cornflour 2 tsp
Maida 2 tsp
Oil for deep frying 3 cups
Green garlic (chopped) 1 1/2 nos
Onion (chopped) 1 nos
Coriandar (chopped) 1 tsp
Red or yellow bell pepper (chopped) 1/4 cups
Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chilly Flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Green Chatani (Optional) 4 tsp
Directions
In a bowl take 2 tablespoon cornflour and 2 tablespoon maida ,
Mix well and add water gradually to make a medium thick smooth batter
Take corns coat it with the flour batter. Once it get coated with flour batter, put dry cornflour in a plate and mix well

Leave it to set in a refrigerator for 30 minutes
Heat oil in a deep pan on medium high heat, once the oil becomes medium hot drop handful of coated corns into it, carefully
Once it starts crackling cover the pan cover it ,fry on medium heat till it starts floating, carefully stir between ,
Take them out over a paper towel so that excess oil gets absorbed.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat , add green garlic and sauté it for few seconds
Add chopped coriander , chopped onion, bell pepper, capsicum , and sauté it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Now add salt 1 teaspoon sugar, vinegar, chilly flakes Oregano and stir
Add fried corns and mix until all the spices get blended well.
Serve hot.
