Ingredients

Serves 4

  • all purpose flour (maida) 3 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

  • green chillies n smol pc of ginger (pounded) 3-4 nos

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • methi (fenugreek) leaves 1/4 cups

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 pinch

  • corriander powder 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    mix ol very well bind wid water to soft pliable dough, roll into puri size rotis.

  • 02

    pile up rotis applying ghee mixed wid oil.

  • 03

    roll de piled up (stack) rotis into a big roti, apply ghee/oil n fold like swissroll

  • 04

    cut into 2" pcs

  • 05

    roll each pc into parathha den roast on tava wid ghee wen both sides done.
