all purpose flour (maida) 3 cups
salt 1 tsp
green chillies n smol pc of ginger (pounded) 3-4 nos
turmeric powder 1 tsp
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
methi (fenugreek) leaves 1/4 cups
oil 1 tbsp
garam masala 1 pinch
corriander powder 1 tsp
mix ol very well bind wid water to soft pliable dough, roll into puri size rotis.
pile up rotis applying ghee mixed wid oil.
roll de piled up (stack) rotis into a big roti, apply ghee/oil n fold like swissroll
cut into 2" pcs
roll each pc into parathha den roast on tava wid ghee wen both sides done.
