Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups all purpose flour (maida)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3-4 nos green chillies n smol pc of ginger (pounded)


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 cups methi (fenugreek) leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 pinch garam masala


  • 1 tsp corriander powder

Directions

  • mix ol very well bind wid water to soft pliable dough, roll into puri size rotis.
  • pile up rotis applying ghee mixed wid oil.
  • roll de piled up (stack) rotis into a big roti, apply ghee/oil n fold like swissroll
  • cut into 2" pcs
  • roll each pc into parathha den roast on tava wid ghee wen both sides done.
