Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs flank steak (slices) or fillet slices

  • 1 cups veggies shredds (capsicum, cabbage, french beans n carrots)

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 3 nos other ingredients: tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 nos onion (chopped)

  • 1 piece ginger (flaked)

  • 7 nos garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp parsely

  • 2 tsp thyme

  • 2 nos green chillies or harbanero chilli (flaked)

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp cornflour mixed in 2 tbsp water


  • marinate the steak with ingredients
  • put veggies in a bowl add garlic paste, black pepper, lemon juice n salt n toss well.
  • spread each piece of steak on wrking table n put a spoonful of veggies on top of it den seal de steak cn use thread to tie.
  • do de same for ol wen ol done sprinkle cornflour n brown it up on ol sides on high heat on a nonstick pan using less oil..
  • can tek 5-10mins only
  • remuv on platter n kip aside, kip de used oil in pan for later use.
  • Spray yor slow cooker wid oil o brush wid oil
  • put onion slices evenly sprinkle sugar den spread tomatoes evenly sprinkle lil salt, parsely, thyme, black pepper, ginger flakes, garlic, chillies n cornflour mixture den put de used oil wid crumbs on top of tomatoes.
  • now put de fried steak rolls.
  • n cook for minimum 3 hrs..
  • i used fillet for 3 hrs
  • Serve wid steamed rice o rolls n stirfried veggies n baked potatoes....
