Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Flank Steak (slices) or Fillet slices 1 kgs

  • Veggies shredds (Capsicum, Cabbage, French beans n Carrots) 1 cups

  • Black Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

  • Other Ingredients: Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Ginger (flaked) 1 piece

  • Garlic Cloves (chopped) 7 nos

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

  • Parsely 2 tsp

  • Thyme 2 tsp

  • Green Chillies or Harbanero Chilli (flaked) 2 nos

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp

  • Cornflour mixed in 2 tbsp Water 1 tsp

    marinate the steak with ingredients

    put veggies in a bowl add garlic paste, black pepper, lemon juice n salt n toss well.

    spread each piece of steak on wrking table n put a spoonful of veggies on top of it den seal de steak cn use thread to tie.

    do de same for ol wen ol done sprinkle cornflour n brown it up on ol sides on high heat on a nonstick pan using less oil..

    can tek 5-10mins only

    remuv on platter n kip aside, kip de used oil in pan for later use.

    Spray yor slow cooker wid oil o brush wid oil

    put onion slices evenly sprinkle sugar den spread tomatoes evenly sprinkle lil salt, parsely, thyme, black pepper, ginger flakes, garlic, chillies n cornflour mixture den put de used oil wid crumbs on top of tomatoes.

    now put de fried steak rolls.

    n cook for minimum 3 hrs..

    i used fillet for 3 hrs

    Serve wid steamed rice o rolls n stirfried veggies n baked potatoes....
