Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups dough: maida (all purpose flour)


  • 1 tsp yeast


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 3 tbsp nido milk powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 kgs filling : chicken fillet (chinese cut)


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • bind soft dough using all ingredients with warm water, let it rise for an hour.
  • punch back and make 10-12 balls then roll into puris and do filling make any shape u desire.
  • glaze with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame or flax seeds and keep on greased tray and let them rise
  • then bake in oven on 200°C
  • Filling :In a bowl mix all ingredients with chicken then stir fry in a pan using butter or margarine.
  • keep of flame, remove in a plate.
  • in a the same pan put 3 tbsp nestle cream, little garlic paste, black pepper powder, little salt and 4 tbsp milk keep on flame and cook till it thickens stirring continuosly add chicken fillet and remove from flame can add sweet corns, 1 mashed potato n chopped capsicum.
  • NB: can add chilli sauce, hot sauce, vinegar n soya sauce wen adding cream
