Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Dough: maida (all purpose flour) 3 cups

  • yeast 1 tsp

  • oil 4 tbsp

  • nido milk powder 3 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • sugar 1 tbsp

  • Filling : chicken fillet (chinese cut) 1/2 kgs

  • black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • garlic paste 1 tsp

  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Directions

    bind soft dough using all ingredients with warm water, let it rise for an hour.

    punch back and make 10-12 balls then roll into puris and do filling make any shape u desire.

    glaze with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame or flax seeds and keep on greased tray and let them rise

    then bake in oven on 200°C

    Filling :In a bowl mix all ingredients with chicken then stir fry in a pan using butter or margarine.

    keep of flame, remove in a plate.

    in a the same pan put 3 tbsp nestle cream, little garlic paste, black pepper powder, little salt and 4 tbsp milk keep on flame and cook till it thickens stirring continuosly add chicken fillet and remove from flame can add sweet corns, 1 mashed potato n chopped capsicum.

    NB: can add chilli sauce, hot sauce, vinegar n soya sauce wen adding cream
