Ingredients

  • Milk 6 cups

  • Condensed Milk 1 cups

  • Evaporated Milk 1 cups

  • Milk Powder (optional) 1/2 cups

  • Corn flour 1 tsp

  • Saffron strands 5-6 nos

  • Orange color (pinch) 1/2 tsp

  • Cardamon powder 1/4 tsp

  • Almonds and Pistachios (flakes) 1/4 cups

Directions

    Boil Milk With Cardamon, Evaporated Milk And Condensed Milk Till 4-5 Cups Left Add The Rest And Mix Well Still On Flame Bring A Boil.

    Let It Cool Completely Add Little Kesar (Saffron) Essence And Mix Well. Pour In Moulds And Freeze Till Hard.

    While Serving Can Sprinkle Flakes Of Almonds And Pistachios If You Like
