Ingredients

Serves 6

  • maida/all purpose flour 250 gms

  • yeast 2 tsp

  • oil 4 tbsp

  • nido (milk powder) 3 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • butter 1 tbsp

  • Filling: Kheema (Beef Mince) 1/2 kgs

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Potato (peeled n cubed) 1 nos

Directions

    bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, let it rise for an hr

  • 02

    punch back n mek 12 or more balls den roll smol puri n do filling mek any shape u desire.

    glaze wid beaten eggs, sprinkle sesame o flax seeds n kip on greased trays n let rise.

    cook de mince n potato in above add 1/2 cup of water, stir at intervals til its dried n cooked up, mash de potato

  • 05

    wen cooled dwn add handful of chopped corriander leaves, 1 onion chopped finely wid 3 green chillies

    mix de above in kheema n do filling of buns...

  • 07

    NB: can add sauces like chilli sauce, vinegar, lil mayo n tomato ketchup to mek it saucy
