  • 6 nos eggs

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar

  • 3/4 cups butter

  • 1 cups canned pineapple (cut into small cubes), use its water also

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cups frosting: whip cream

  • 1 nos vanilla pudding packet

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple (cubes)


  • Pineapple Cake: Mix Flour, Soda Bicarbonate And Baking Powder.
  • Beat Sugar And Butter Then Add Eggs N Beat Well Add Vanilla Essence, Add Can Pineapple Cubes With Its Water, Flour Mixture And Fold In Well.
  • Pour In Baking Tray And Bake Till Done. Let It Cool Frosting: Beat Whip Cream Till Peaks Formed, Remove In A Bowl And Keep In Fridge, In Same Bowl Beat Pineapple Cubes And Its Juice With Vanilla Pudding Mixture.
  • Remove Whip Cream From Fridge And Fold In The Pineapple Mixture, Then Spread On Cake.
  • Keep In Fridge For 1 Hour Garnish: Take A Cup Tray, Turn It Over Facing The Bottom Of Cups.
  • Grease 6-7 Bases, Lay One Slice Of Pineapple On Top Of The Greased Base And Bake In Oven On 180 C Till Crisped Up.
  • Remove From Oven Then Remove Each Pineapple Flower And Lay On Platter Let It Cool Down Then Garnish On Cake
