  • Eggs 6 nos

  • All Purpose Flour 2 cups

  • Sugar 1 1/4 cups

  • Butter 3/4 cups

  • Canned Pineapple (cut into small cubes), use its water also 1 cups

  • Baking powder 2 tsp

  • Soda Bicarbonate 1/4 tsp

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Frosting: Whip Cream 1 cups

  • Vanilla Pudding Packet 1 nos

  • Fresh Pineapple (Cubes) 1 1/2 cups

    Pineapple Cake: Mix Flour, Soda Bicarbonate And Baking Powder.

    Beat Sugar And Butter Then Add Eggs N Beat Well Add Vanilla Essence, Add Can Pineapple Cubes With Its Water, Flour Mixture And Fold In Well.

    Pour In Baking Tray And Bake Till Done. Let It Cool Frosting: Beat Whip Cream Till Peaks Formed, Remove In A Bowl And Keep In Fridge, In Same Bowl Beat Pineapple Cubes And Its Juice With Vanilla Pudding Mixture.

    Remove Whip Cream From Fridge And Fold In The Pineapple Mixture, Then Spread On Cake.

    Keep In Fridge For 1 Hour Garnish: Take A Cup Tray, Turn It Over Facing The Bottom Of Cups.

    Grease 6-7 Bases, Lay One Slice Of Pineapple On Top Of The Greased Base And Bake In Oven On 180 C Till Crisped Up.

    Remove From Oven Then Remove Each Pineapple Flower And Lay On Platter Let It Cool Down Then Garnish On Cake
