maida (all purpose flour) 250 gms
ghee or (butter/margarine) 2 tbsp
cardamon powder 1 tsp
salt (pinch) 1 pinch
sugar 1/2 cups
coconut milk or milk 1/2 cups
chaat masala 1 pinch
yeast 1 1/2 tsp
mix dry ingredients add ghee then bind with coconut milk to soft dough... let it rise til its double the size.
make 2 balls n knead each well, roll each into big roti and give desired shapes keep on flour dusted paper on a thhali
must to keep on flour dusted or oiled plastics cause wil stick...
let it rise for 10-15 mins then deep fry in oil on medium flame till brownish color.
