Similar to Doughnuts just not too meaty...

  • 250 gms maida (all purpose flour)

  • 2 tbsp ghee or (butter/margarine)

  • 1 tsp cardamon powder

  • 1 pinch salt (pinch)

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cups coconut milk or milk

  • 1 pinch chaat masala

  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast


  • mix dry ingredients add ghee then bind with coconut milk to soft dough... let it rise til its double the size.
  • make 2 balls n knead each well, roll each into big roti and give desired shapes keep on flour dusted paper on a thhali
  • must to keep on flour dusted or oiled plastics cause wil stick...
  • let it rise for 10-15 mins then deep fry in oil on medium flame till brownish color.
