add mashed potatoes and khoya in a bowl and mix well
add flour if require add Pinch of baking soda and mix well. I have skipped baking soda, you can add it if required
mix well perform soft dough
shape the dough into equal small or medium sized balls without any cracks. keep it aside
Add sugar and water in a bowl , cook until it reaches half string consistency switch off
add Saffron cardamom powder and rosewater mix well and keep it aside
heat ghee or oil for deep frying. drop potato balls into the hot oil
fry Jamun over medium heat let it remain in hot oil for 1 minute before flipping
deep fry until well browned from all sides
Drain excess oil over tissue paper , immediately add them to the warm sugar syrup let it soak for few hours
Garnish with nuts and serve cold
