Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups yogurt


  • 1 cups coconut milk


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 1/2 tsp salt (as required)


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp besan (gramflour)


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp baghaar/tempering:cummin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds


  • 3-4 nos curry leaves


  • 3-4 nos dried red chillies


  • 2 tbsp red chillies


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic

Directions

  • Blend All Well In Processor, And Keep Aside.
  • Make Vaghaar: Take A Pot Add Ghee When It Heats Up Add The Rest Of Tempering Ingredients And Mix Let It Splutter Then Add In Kadhi Mixture And Let It Boil Once.
  • Can Add One Piece Of Red Hot Charcoal Too.
  • While Serving Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves And Besan Pakoras In Kadhi
