Yogurt 1 cups
Coconut milk 1 cups
Onion (chopped) 1 nos
Salt (as required) 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Besan (gramflour) 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Baghaar/Tempering:Cummin seeds 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 3-4 nos
Dried Red chillies 3-4 nos
Red chillies 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp
Directions
Blend All Well In Processor, And Keep Aside.
Make Vaghaar: Take A Pot Add Ghee When It Heats Up Add The Rest Of Tempering Ingredients And Mix Let It Splutter Then Add In Kadhi Mixture And Let It Boil Once.
Can Add One Piece Of Red Hot Charcoal Too.
While Serving Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves And Besan Pakoras In Kadhi
