Ingredients

  • Yogurt 1 cups

  • Coconut milk 1 cups

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Salt (as required) 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Besan (gramflour) 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Baghaar/Tempering:Cummin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Curry leaves 3-4 nos

  • Dried Red chillies 3-4 nos

  • Red chillies 2 tbsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp

    Blend All Well In Processor, And Keep Aside.

    Make Vaghaar: Take A Pot Add Ghee When It Heats Up Add The Rest Of Tempering Ingredients And Mix Let It Splutter Then Add In Kadhi Mixture And Let It Boil Once.

    Can Add One Piece Of Red Hot Charcoal Too.

    While Serving Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves And Besan Pakoras In Kadhi
