in a vessel add milk powder desiccated coconut sugar and cardamom mix well
add ghee and Milk 1 table spoon milk at a time .Do not add all the milk at once
Knead into semi soft dough
divide dough into two equal parts
To the first dough adf pistachio and green food colouring mix well
To the second dough, add Saffron and food colouring. Mix well
grease two aluminium foils place the Dough on them
roll pista and saffron dough into rectangle shape. both should be of same size
Flip one dough over the other
Using foil, roll them into log. Seal with foil. Refrigerate for 1 hour
Trim edges of the log from both sides. Place silver varq on top
Cut them into equal slices. Store in airtight container. Serve as required
