All Purpose Flour 250 gms
Oil 3/4 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 nos
Filling:Chana Daal (Gram Daal) n 1 cup Yellow Moong Daal (Yellow Bean Sprouts) boil in salt n turmeric powder n strain water 1 cups
Green peas (boiled in daal) 1/2 cups
Coconut (grated) 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cummin seeds 1 tsp
Green Chillies n Small pc of Ginger pounded 4 nos
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1 nos
Corriander leaves 8-10 nos
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Bind wid hot water to a loose dough
Kip in a bowl n cover wid cling film.
Filling: In a pan put 3 tbsp oil n kip on flame, add mustard seeds, cummin seeds n garlic paste, ginger chilli paste n let splutter add daal peas n spices remuv from flame do not cook.
while hot add onions, coconut, chopped corriander n mix well
let it cool
Mek pingpong balls of de dough n daal separately
Tek one dough ball n spread using oil into smol puri on yor palm n place daal ball in centre, bring it up de puri to seal it.
De dough is smooth it wil spread n form a ball
Wen ol done deep fry in oil to golden brown color on low or medium flame or cn hlf done n kip in freezer for future use.
