wash clean and soak for 2 hours
Wash , clean and soak rice for an hour .
Keep all the dry ingredients in plate .
Heat a heavy vessel .
Add gheee and all the dry ingredients except ginger .
Fry for a while ,then add crushed ginger .
Add rice and Dal mix well
Add water as required or 3 cups
Cover the lid ,cook in medium flame .
Cooked till the rice cooked properly.
Garnish with cashews .
For Dal :Take a pressure cooker . Add Dal , sugar and turmeric powder .
Add enough water to boil .
After three large whistle remove it .
Serve with pulao .
