Ingredients

Serves 4

  • All purpose flour (maida) 2 cups

  • Yeast 2 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Butter 1 tsp

  • Paste:Milk (n Water if paste thickens) 1 cups

  • Cornflour 2 tbsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • Chaat masala 1 dash

Directions

    mix cornflour, chaat masala n milk well kip on flame n kip on stirring as it strts boiling add oil.

    wen its thick liquid like remuv from flame.

    mix dry ingredients very well add paste n bind to soft dough.

    den kip in a big bowl n cover wid cling film.

  • 05

    let it fully rise punch bek n mould in small rolls or make big roll of any shape u desire n kip on greased tray, brush wid beaten egg o oil

    let it fully rise n bake in oven on 200°C til top browned up cn tek 20-30mins.
