For Kneading: powder sugar in grinder and keep it aside
sieve the flour with salt.
sieve sugar and combine all.
melt the ghee and combine with flour, semolina, sugar mixture properly.
Again add 1/2 tsp of milk , knead the dough and keep it aside, covered for 20 minutes.
Frying : heat ghee in a wok for deep frying shankarpale.
Divide the dough in two equal portions and woll each part with a rolling pin. I
Using knife or shankarpale cutter cut diamond slices of the rolled dough.
gently drop it in heated ghee and fry till golden brown.
Remove it on a paper napkin to drain and remove excess ghee.
