Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms maida


  • 350 ml milk


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 nos banana


  • 400 gms for sugar syrup


  • 2 cups water


  • 2 tsp chopped almonds for garnishing


  • 2 cups oil for frying (as per needed )

Directions

  • Take maida in a mixing bowl and mix milk in it by adding little by little.
  • Mix mashed banana and cardamom powder.
  • Keep aside for 1 hrs.
  • To make sugar syrup, take sugar and water in large vessel and bring it to boil for 8 minutes on midium flame.
  • Remove from heat and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and pour 1 small laddle of the better for frying.
  • Fry the pua both sides till golden brown .
  • Take out the fried pua from oil and transfer to the sugar syrup immediately.
  • Now take out syrup soaked pua and garnish with chopped almonds.
  • Serve hot.
