Ingredients

Serves 4

  • maida 500 gms

  • milk 350 ml

  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • banana 1 nos

  • For sugar syrup 400 gms

  • Water 2 cups

  • chopped almonds for garnishing 2 tsp

  • oil for frying (as per needed ) 2 cups

Directions

    Take maida in a mixing bowl and mix milk in it by adding little by little.

    Mix mashed banana and cardamom powder.

  • 03

    Keep aside for 1 hrs.

    To make sugar syrup, take sugar and water in large vessel and bring it to boil for 8 minutes on midium flame.

    Remove from heat and keep aside.

  • 06

    Heat oil in pan and pour 1 small laddle of the better for frying.

  • 07

    Fry the pua both sides till golden brown .

  • 08

    Take out the fried pua from oil and transfer to the sugar syrup immediately.

  • 09

    Now take out syrup soaked pua and garnish with chopped almonds.

  • 10

    Serve hot.
