Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Maida (All purpose flour) 3 cups

  • Salt (as required) 1 tsp

  • Yeast 1 tsp

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp

  • green chilli (chopped) 1 nos

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Yogurt mixed with Water (for binding) 1/4 cups

Directions

    Mix Flour, Yeast, Salt, Green Chillies And Corriander Leaves. Add Oil N Mix Well, Then Bind With Yogurt Mixture To Soft Dough.

    Rest The Dough For 2 Hours, Spray Oil On Dough And Mix Well Then Make Pingpong Balls, Roll As Rotis.

    Each On Tava Apply Ghee Or Butter

    NB: If You Keep Thick Rotis It Will Be More Thicker Cause Of Yeast
