  • 3 cups maida (all purpose flour)

  • 1 tsp salt (as required)

  • 1 tsp yeast

  • 1 tbsp corriander leaves (chopped)

  • 1 nos green chilli (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/4 cups yogurt mixed with water (for binding)


  • Mix Flour, Yeast, Salt, Green Chillies And Corriander Leaves. Add Oil N Mix Well, Then Bind With Yogurt Mixture To Soft Dough.
  • Rest The Dough For 2 Hours, Spray Oil On Dough And Mix Well Then Make Pingpong Balls, Roll As Rotis.
  • Each On Tava Apply Ghee Or Butter
  • NB: If You Keep Thick Rotis It Will Be More Thicker Cause Of Yeast
