fresh paneer 250 gms
mawa / khoya 100 gms
fresh cream 75 gms
green cardamom 3-4 nos
palm jaggery 1/3 cups
condensed milk 1/2 cups
Pre - heat the oven in 180°C for 10 minutes.
Make a powder of seeds of green cardamom .
Take fresh paneer in a plate and crumble it using hand.
Mix the khoya and crumble paneer and knead this mixture for 2 - 3 minutes or till the mixture smoothens completely .
Add fresh fresh cream and condensed milk and mix very gently .
Now added the cardamom powder and palm jaggery .
Take a small bowl and rub little ghee .
Pour the sandesh mixture into the bowl very gently and cover it with an aluminium foil .
Bake the sandesh at 190°C for 20 minutes .
Take out the oven and cool it completely in room temperature then removed it and serve .
