Ingredients

  • Suji 1 cups

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Baking powder 1/3 tsp

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Pea 1/2 cups

  • Carrot (cut into small pieces) 1 nos

  • Capsicum (cut into small pieces ) 1 nos

  • Onion (cut into small pieces) 1 nos

  • Hara dhaniya (fined chopped) 2 tbsp

Directions

    Add suji, curd, baking powder, oil, salt in a bowl.

    Mix well.

  • 03

    Add vegetables .

  • 04

    Mix well.

    Cover and leave for 15 minutes .

    After 15 minutes .

    Add some water in mixture and stir well.

    Heat Appam utensil on medium heat.

    Grease it.

    Add mixture with spoon.

    Cover  for 5-7 minutes on low medium  flame .

    Shake .

  • 13

    Wait for 3-4 minutes .

    Appams are ready to eat.

    Serve hot with Chatanies.

    I serve with coconut chatani.

    Best option for kids tiffin also.
