Suji 1 cups
Curd 1 cups
Baking powder 1/3 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pea 1/2 cups
Carrot (cut into small pieces) 1 nos
Capsicum (cut into small pieces ) 1 nos
Onion (cut into small pieces) 1 nos
Hara dhaniya (fined chopped) 2 tbsp
Add suji, curd, baking powder, oil, salt in a bowl.
Add vegetables .
Cover and leave for 15 minutes .
After 15 minutes .
Add some water in mixture and stir well.
Heat Appam utensil on medium heat.
Add mixture with spoon.
Cover for 5-7 minutes on low medium flame .
Wait for 3-4 minutes .
Appams are ready to eat.
Serve hot with Chatanies.
I serve with coconut chatani.
Best option for kids tiffin also.
