Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Palak 1bunch (boiled and grind )

  • White Channa 200g (boiled)

  • Oil 3 spoon medium

  • Desi ghee 1 big spoon (optional)

  • Onoin 4 medium (copped)

  • Tomatoes 3 medium

  • Garlic 10

  • Ginger 1 pieces

  • Hari mirch 8 piece

  • Haldi 1 teaspoon

  • Pisa Dhaniya 1 spoon medium

  • Garam masala 1 spoon medium

  • Degi mirch 1 teaspoon

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste

Directions

    Grind Tomatoes,  garlic, ginger,  hari mirch.

    Heat the oil in medium flame .

  • 03

    Add onions, Stir till brown.

  • 04

    Add grind tomatoes mixture

  • 05

    Add some water.

  • 06

    Keep low flame .Stir.

    Add haldi, pisa dhaniya,garam masala, degi mirch and Srit well.

    Wait till oil release .

  • 09

    Remove water from boiled Channa .

    Add channe in tadka.

    Stil well .

    Wait for 5 minutes .

    Stir between .

  • 14

    Add palak (don't add water).

  • 15

    Stir, keep  flame slow .

  • 16

    Wait for 15-20 minutes .

    Stir between.

    Off flame .

  • 19

    Pour 1 big spoon desi ghee for enhance the taste (option).

    I serve with chapati or naan.
