Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Paneer 200 gms

  • Malai 1/2 cups

  • Onion (small dice) 1 nos

  • Tomato (small dice) 1 nos

  • Ginger (chopped) 1 nos

  • Hari mirch (chopped) 2 nos

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Kasoori methi (rub on palms) 1 tsp

  • Pisa dhabiya 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Hara dhabiya and 1tsp for serving (optional) 2 nos

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Heat 2 tablespoon oil.

    Add onion, tomato, hari mirch, ginger .

  • 03

    Stir, cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

    Off flame.Let it cool .

  • 05

    Add malai and grind with half cooked onion masala .

    Heat 3 teaspoon on medium heat .

  • 07

    Add grind mixture stir well.

  • 08

    Add salt, haldi, pisa dhaniya and stir.

    Add hara dhaniya and kasoori methi.

    Still well till oil remove .

    Add paneer pieces and stir.

    Add 1.5 cup water.

  • 13

    Stir and cook for 10 minutes in low flame .

    Add garam masala stir and off the flame .

  • 15

    Pour some chopped hara dhaniya while serving (optional).

    Serve hot with chapati .

    I prefer with naan.
