Add all purpose flour powderd sugar baking soda and baking powder and coco powder
Mix well powderd ingredients
Add milk gradually and make it pouring consistency
Pour in cake tin and bake in oven for 180°c for 45 to 50 min
Insert tooth pick and check weather it is sticky if not it is complete
Take cake from oven and let it cool then transfer to a tray and cut into two parts
Apply sugar syrup on both parts of cake
Add a layer of truffle syrup between two layers of cake
Arrange two layers one above the other and pour truffle syrup and keep in fridge for 1hour to set
Later decorate with waffle sticks and white choclate
