Choclate waffle cake

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cups coco powder

  • 1 cups truffle syrup

  • 1 cups white choclate homemade

  • 15-20 nos waffle sticks

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cups milk


  • Add all purpose flour powderd sugar baking soda and baking powder and coco powder
  • Mix well powderd ingredients
  • Add milk gradually and make it pouring consistency
  • Pour in cake tin and bake in oven for 180°c for 45 to 50 min
  • Insert tooth pick and check weather it is sticky if not it is complete
  • Take cake from oven and let it cool then transfer to a tray and cut into two parts
  • Apply sugar syrup on both parts of cake
  • Add a layer of truffle syrup between two layers of cake
  • Arrange two layers one above the other and pour truffle syrup and keep in fridge for 1hour to set
  • Later decorate with waffle sticks and white choclate
