Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For marinate:Paneer 200 gms

  • hung curd 1 cups

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • red chilli pwd 1 tsp

  • coriander pwd 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • turmeric pwd 1 pinch

  • Salt To taste 1 tsp

  • onion big piece 1 nos

  • capsicum big piece 1 nos

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • For greavy:Onion Chopped 3 nos

  • tometo pyuri 4 nos

  • kaju paste 1/2 cups

  • red chilli pwd 1 tsp

  • coriander pwd 1 tsp

  • suger 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • paneer masala 1 tsp

  • turmeric pwd 1 pinch

  • fresh cream 1 cups

  • Coriander leaves 1 sprig

Directions

    Take a bowl mix all the ingredients.of marinate

    Keep a side for 1 hour

    After 1 hour take a pan heat butter

  • 04

    Roast paneer ,capsicum and onion

    Keep a side

    For greavy: Take a pan heat oil

    Add onion chopped

    Saute till brown

    Now add tomato pyuri and kaju paste

    Mix well add all masala

  • 11

    Add fresh cream and shimmer it for 5 min.

    Add paneer ,capsicum and onion

    Close with lid for 5 min.

    Add coriander leaves

    Serve hot with naan or roti .
