Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms for marinate:paneer


  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 pinch turmeric pwd


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 nos onion big piece


  • 1 nos capsicum big piece


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 3 nos for greavy:onion chopped


  • 4 nos tometo pyuri


  • 1/2 cups kaju paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp suger


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 pinch turmeric pwd


  • 1 cups fresh cream


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take a bowl mix all the ingredients.of marinate
  • Keep a side for 1 hour
  • After 1 hour take a pan heat butter
  • Roast paneer ,capsicum and onion
  • Keep a side
  • For greavy: Take a pan heat oil
  • Add onion chopped
  • Saute till brown
  • Now add tomato pyuri and kaju paste
  • Mix well add all masala
  • Add fresh cream and shimmer it for 5 min.
  • Add paneer ,capsicum and onion
  • Close with lid for 5 min.
  • Add coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with naan or roti .
