  • 5 nos bread

  • 1 tbsp clarified butter

  • 1 nos egg

  • 3/4 cups sugar

  • 1 drop vannila essence

  • 1/2 cups milk


  • Cut the corners of the bread and cut into small pieces
  • Grind the bread pieces to coarse.
  • In a bowl add clarified butter,sugar,egg,milk. Mix them well together.
  • Add the bread powder into it and mix well. Keep aside
  • In a pan add 1/4 cup sugar and immerse the sugar with water. Bring it to boil. Now the color will get change into brown.
  • Transfer the caramel syrup into a round pan or cake mould.
  • Now slowly add the bread mixture into the caramel using a large spoon. tap it well
  • Take a pressure cooker add 2 cup water and place a stand inside the water . Keep the round pan on top of the stand and cook it for 40 to 45 mins in low flame
  • When the pudding reach the room temperature flip the pan to a plate and serve it!!
  • Tip: do not add the mixture all of sudden into the caramel mixture. It will get separate..
