  • 1 tsp lal mirch


  • 1 tsp dhaniya pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 bowls mathi mutter pulav :methi chopped


  • 1 bowls mutter


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 2 nos hari mirch


  • 1 bowls rice soked


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 6 nos kali lahson chopped


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

Directions

  • GOBI AALU :Sabse pahle dagche me oil dale.
  • Garam hone par chopped onion hari mirch cuti hui dale
  • pinkish red hone par gobi and aalu Dalkar uper se salt dalker 5min sim par rakhe.
  • 5 min bad lid kholkar chopped tomatoes dale.
  • 10 min bad dakhe ager tamater ka pani shukh gaya to haldi, lal mirch and dhaniya pwd dale.
  • Ache se mix kare oil par aane par sarve kare.
  • Uper se coriander leaves dale.
  • MATHI MUTTER PULAV :Dagche me oil garam karke lahson dale red hone par methi, mutter and tomato dale.
  • uper se haldi and lal mirch pwd,garam masala dale
  • Ache se bhunene ke bad 3 glass pani dale
  • Ek ubal aane par rice dale.uper se salt dale pani sukhne par gas sim kar 5min rakhe.
  • Ab ready hai methi mutter pulav uper se coriander leave dale.
