Peeled and grated Apple 1 cups
desi ghee 1/2 cups
sugar 3/4 cups
Milk powder 1/2 cups
Elaichi powder 1 tbsp
dry fruits chopped which you like 2 tbsp
dry fruits for garnish. 1 tbsp
First take a Kadai add desi ghee.
In this roast grated Apple.
Now add milk cook it until milk dissolve.
Add milk powder and roast.
Mix sugar and stir continuously.
Now in the last add elaichi powder and dry fruits.
Pour it on a greased plate and flatten.
Cut it when it become cool.
