First mix all the ingredients.of stuffing
Mix well
Leave the spinach leaves
Now take the spinach leaves
Put some mixture of paneer
Fold it like a pocket .
Close with laung
Every leaf you close like that
Now take a pan heat oil
Add zeera and hing
Add onion paste
Add ginger chilli paste
Saute it till brown
Now add all dry masala
Mix well
Put tometo pyuri in it
When it thick add kaju paste and fresh cream
Mix well add two cup water
Boil it
Now put a net plate on it
Than put all spinach pockets on the plate.
Cover it with the lid
Keep On the low flame till 8 to 10 min.
Now curry is thick and pockets are soft
Add coriander leaves in curry
Now it is ready
Take a bowl put curry in it
Put spinach pockets on it
Garnish with dry fruits and crushed paneer and coriander.
