In a deep pan , add water , sugar , saffron or kesar strands and sugar
Mix well allow to cook until boils
It should be a medium thick sugar syrup
By the time, in a mixing bowl take milk powder , all purpose flour and by adding milk gradually .... Prepare a soft dough
Keep it covered aside for sometime
Now heat sufficient ghee in a heavy bottom pan
Prepare small balls or pedas of milk powder dough
Now deep fry all the pedas on low heat until golden brown ... Keep stirring occasionally
Dip all the fried pedas or gulab jamun in sugar syrup
Allow them to cool completely
Serve hot or cold ...gulab jamun tastes equally deliciousssss ...Melting in Mouth
